Free information on how to solve their problems is the best way to attract website traffic. Some of the time (depending on the individual business) those visitors will be hot prospects and many more will be lukewarm prospects. Your website must have free info in order to attract your lukewarm prospects to purchase your product or service and to convert first-time customers to loyal, repeat customers.

It's difficult enough to attract visitors to your website, how can your make sure the visitors will come back again? Get their e-mail addresses so you can send these prospects and customers magnetic offers to return to your site.

Navigation is critical to a successful website. Visitors should never have to click more than a few times to find what they want or you risk losing their attention and interest. Referral and affiliate programs are an effective way to offer rewards for sending prospects your way.
